AEW Rampage Ratings – February 18th
The total viewership and demo ratings for the latest instalment of Friday night’s AEW Rampage on TNT have been revealed.
As reported by Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics, the February 18th edition of AEW Rampage drew 471,00 viewers. The show also scored a rating of 0.20 in the 18-49-year-old demographic.
This is down from the previous episode which drew 549,000 viewers with a rating of 0.19 in the 18-19 year-old demographic.
The figures represent the lowest viewership total since December 31st. This is despite the show airing prior to SmackDown, instead of directly after.
The February 18th episode of AEW Rampage was headlined by the AEW in-ring debut of Jay White as he locked up with familiar foe Trent Beretta. In a competitive bout it was Lethal who made a winning impression, laying out his rival with the Blade Runner.
Elsewhere, Powerhouse Hobbs advanced to the Face of the Revolution Ladder Match at the Revolution pay-per-view on March 6th with victory over Dante Martin. Hobbs controlled much of the match, simply mauling his quicker, high-flying opponent, save for a late flurry. The end came via devastating Spinebuster from Hobbs who drilled Martin to the mat.
The show also saw wins for Adam Cole and Serena Deeb who who saw off Angelica Risk in short order.
Two matches were also confirmed for AEW Revolution. These were the AEW World Championship match between Hangman Adam Page and Adam Cole, and the long-awaited rematch between AEW Women’s World Champion Britt Baker and Thunder Rosa.
