The total viewership and demo ratings for the latest instalment of Friday night’s AEW Rampage on TNT have been revealed.

As reported by Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics, the April 1st episode of AEW Rampage drew a total audience of 456,000 viewers. The show also gained a 0.15 rating in the much discussed 18-49-year-old demographic. That equates to 193,000 viewers.

Those figures represent an increase from the previous week where the show pulled in 425,000 viewers with a 0.14 rating in the 18-49-year-old demographic.

The April 1st episode of AEW Rampage began with a clash between The Young Bucks and Top Flight. As expected the match was fought at break-neck speed by two of the most explosive teams in AEW. However, despite a strong showing, The Young Bucks scored the win with the BTE Trigger.

This was followed by another impressive win for the House of Black who saw off the challenge of Fuego Del Sol, Evil Uno and Stu Grayson.

In the main event, Keith Lee defeated Powerhouse Hobbs, although he was attacked and beaten down by Team Taz after the bell.

Elsewhere, Jamie Hayter saw off Skye Blue to advance in the Owen Hart Memorial Tournament. Hayter joins Toni Storm in the next round, after the former WWE Superstar made her AEW debut on the March 30th episode of Dynamite.
