All Elite Wrestling have confirmed Wednesday, 21 September as the second Grand Slam Dynamite date, emanating from New York City’s Arthur Ashe Stadium.
Outside of its annual pay-per-view schedule, All Elite Wrestling regularly hosts special editions of its weekly programming. One example came last September, as the company debuted in New York City’s Arthur Ashe Stadium for a well-received Grand Slam Dynamite.
That fate will follow them again this year, with the confirmation coming during AEWxNJPW Forbidden Door that Grand Slam Dynamite is returning on Wednesday, 21 September 2022. It was noted that Rampage will also be featured once again, presumably as a pre-taped show to air the following Friday.
Tickets will go on sale on Friday, 22 July from AEWTix.com.

The inaugural Grand Slam Dynamite is best remembered for the instant classic between Kenny Omega and Bryan Danielson. Concluding in a thirty-minute time limit draw, Omega and Danielson earned the coveted five-star rating from the Wrestling Observer’s Dave Meltzer for their efforts.
Other highlights included Ruby Soho challenging Britt Baker for the AEW Women’s World Championship in the headline slot, the second encounter between Malakai Black and Cody Rhodes, and FTR contending Darby Allin and the legendary Sting.
Many critics deem it one of the greatest episodes in the show’s short history. A reported 1,273,000 viewers tuned in to watch the broadcast, with a 0.48 rating in the key 18-49 demographic.
