The results from this week’s show were as follows:
- Hangman Page defeated Max Caster via Pinfall (10:30)
- Jurassic Express defeated Bear Country via Pinfall (9:32)
- Darby Allin defeated JD Drake via Pinfall to retain the TNT Championship (9:11)
- Tay Conti defeated The Bunny via Pinfall (8:37)
- Kenny Omega & The Good Brothers defeated Jon Moxley & The Young Bucks via Pinfall (14:11)

- Page starts off aggressive against Caster, taking him to the outside and throwing him into the barricade before squaring up with Anthony Bowens. The temporary distraction allows Caster to retake control but Page quickly regains it with a tope suicida followed up by a springboard clothesline off the barricade.
- Caster manages to whip Page’s arm into the ringpost before distracting the referee, allowing Bowens to throw him into the barricade followed up by a whip back into the ring. Caster goes for a cover and gets a two. Page starts to build momentum again after countering with a spinebuster before following up with an exploded suplex for a two-count. Page throws Caster to the outside and goes for an asai moonsault but Caster makes his way back into the ring and hits a superplex. He locks in a arm wrench but Page fights out and goes for Dead-Eye but Bowens throws in the boombox to distract him.
- All the while, Bowens throws his chain to Caster who hits a strike assisted by it but Page kicks out. Caster goes for the Mic Drop elbow drop but Page dodges and attempts the Buckshot Lariat. Bowens catches his leg but Page hits a moonsault to take him down before hitting the Buckshot Lariat on Caster to pick up the win.

- Schiavone introduces Death Triangle who make their way to the ring. Schiavone announces Death Triangle’s World Tag Team Championship match will take place next week before Orange Cassidy & Best Friends interrupt.
- Cassidy shows footage of PAC brutalising him at Revolution and Chuck Taylor says they don’t forget. PAC tells them they have a lot more work to do if they want to face them when they become champions. Trent says they’re here to give them a heads-up: The boys are back in town and they have an alien with them.
- Commentary mention that Statlander is now officially part of Best Friends.

- Jericho says their beatdown via The Pinnacle gave them a wake-up call and Jericho apologises for the group’s actions over the last 6 months, blaming it all on MJF. Jericho says he only brought MJF into the group to keep him under his thumb but he got outsmarted.
- Jericho says MJF is at the pinnacle of the wrestling business at 25 but he says MJF needs to take baby steps because he’s not better than him. He says MJF stole the scarf gimmick from him and that ultimately, he’ll never be better than him and he knows it.
- Jericho runs through everyone in The Pinnacle and puts them down. Jericho says The Inner Circle are going to dominate AEW again but this time with the fans behind them. He ends by announcing that The Inner Circle and The Pinnacle will face off in a Blood and Guts match on the May 5th Dynamite!

- Dasha asks Cage how he’s feeling and what’s next for him. Cage says last week was the culmination of his scratching and clawing to get back what was taken from him seven years ago. He puts over Kazarian before Taz interrupts.
- Taz says they both know each other very well and offers for Cage to join Team Taz. He tells Cage to sleep on it before leaving.

- Jungle Boy hits multiple tope suicidas before being caught by Bear Country on the third, but Luchasaurus hits one of his own to take down Bear Country. Luchasaurus tags out to Jungle Boy who tries for a hurricanrana but Bronson catches him. Luchasaurus tries to break the hold with a springboard crossbody but Bronson maintains his grip
- Bronson hits a powerbomb before we cut to commercial. We cut back to all four men laid out after Bear Country broke up a pinfall via an Oklahoma slam. Bear Country hit a double cannonball into the corner but Luchasaurus kicks out.
- They try to go for an elevated splash combination but Luchasaurus gets back to his feet, allowing Jungle Boy to hit Bear Country’s feet out from under them. Luchasaurus hits a chokeslam into a standing moonsault on Bronson to pick up the win.

- Tony starts to prepare a question for Sting before Jake ‘The Snake’ interrupts. Jake tells Sting to shut his hole and calls Darby a little gerbil before Lance Archer interrupts. Lance says he’s sick of being brought to the top and being pulled back away again.
- Archer turns his attention to Sting and says this should be him and Schiavone talking, not him and Sting. Sting grabs the microphone from him and says he agrees but he needs direction as we see Ethan Page and Scorpio Sky watching from the rafters before Lance walks away.

- Sting makes his way to the ring accompanied by Sting. Drake overpowers Darby with a stiff chop early on, knocking Darby to the outside. Drake attempts to follow but Darby climbs to the top and attempts an elbow strike, which Drake shrugs off.
- Nemeth attempts to distract Darby but Sting chases him out the arena. Drake gets a two count off a stiff drop before we cut to commercial. We cut back to Drake feigning a moonsault before following Darby to the outside and attempting a cannonball senton, but Darby dodges.
- Darby hits a swanton bomb from the top rope to the outside before Drake follows him back into the ring. Darby attempts the Coffin Drop but Drake cuts his legs out from underneath him before striking Darby in the tree of woe position.
- Drake hits a cannonball on Darby before following up with a corner splash but Darby kicks out. Drake tries for a top rope moonsault but Darby dodges. Both go to the top rope with hitting the avalanche code red followed up by the Coffin Drop to pick up the win.
- After the match, the Hardy Family Office attack Darby before The Dark Order makes the save. Tay Conti attacks The Bunny whilst she’s telling the announcers to get away from their table and the two are held apart by officials.

- Chris Jericho is about to be interviewed but The Pinnacle assault him and bring him to the ring. Wardlow hits him with a powerbomb and the group attempt to set up a powerbomb off the apron through the ring but Mike Tyson makes the save.
- Tyson clears The Pinnacle from the ring and Jericho & Tyson shake hands to bury the hatchet.
Tay Conti vs The Bunny

- The two get into a brawl as soon as the bells rings with The Bunny gaining the advantage after driving Conti’s head into the top turnbuckle. Conti eventually stuns Bunny with an exploded suplex but The Bunny regains control by taking Conti’s legs out from under her on the apron before following up with a suplex at ringside.
- We cut to commercial, cutting back to Conti hitting various arm drags on Bunny followed up by a double knee strike attempt into the corner but Bunny dodges and gets a two-count. Bunny tries for Down The Rabbit Hold but Conti fights out. Hardy tries to distract her but Conti manages to set ignore him.
- Tay hits the Tay-KO but The Bunny kicks out. The Bunny rolls to the outside and takes a cheap shot at Hikaru, leading to a brawl between The Dark Order and the Hardy Family office. Aubrey is distracted and Bunny attempts a top rope kendo strike but Shida take the stick from her.
- Conti hits the DD-Tay to pick up the win.

- Don Callis joins commentary for this main event. Omega and Matt Jackson start the match off but Matt tags out to Nick. Nick manages to hit a hurricanrana on the champion, allowing him to tag in Karl Anderson. The match breaks down with all three heels being thrown to the outside.
- The face hit a trio of tope suicidas before we cut to commercial. We cut back to Matt Jackson getting a hot tag to Moxley who takes down all the heels, hitting german suplexes on all three men. Gallows manages to overpower Moxley, though, hitting stiff strikes in the corner.
- Moxley eventually tags out to Nick Jackson who takes down both the Good Brothers with a diving stomp into a backstabber. Nick attempts a destroyer on Anderson but he counters into a spinebuster before tagging in Omega.
- Omega feigns not wanting to hit Matt who manages to hit a tornado DDT due to his hesitance. Matt goes for a superkick but can’t bring himself to hit it before asking Kenny if he’s okay but Omega slaps him in a response. The two get into a brawl before everyone hits a big move.
- Omega goes for the V-Trigger but Moxley cuts him off, allowing Matt to his a piledriver for a two-count. Matt continues to ask Kenny if he’s okay before both Bucks hit More Bang For Your Buck, but Anderson breaks up the enusing pinfall atttempt.
- Nick uses the escalara to take down both The Good Brothers as Matt continues to check on Omega in the ring. They set up the BTE Trigger on Omega but both hesitate. Moxley tags himself in before slapping away The Bucks. HE hits the Paradigm Shift and hits a second before locking in a rear naked choke.
- Moxley sets up for a third Paradigm Shift but The Young Bucks superkick him. Eddie Kingston tries to help Moxley but The Good Brothers hit the Magic Killer on him. The Good Brothers drag Omega over Moxley to pick up the win.
- After the match, The Good Brothers set up Moxley for a superkick from The Bucks who hit it. They hug it out with Omega & The Good Brothers to close the show.
