The total viewership and demo ratings for the latest instalment of AEW Dynamite have been revealed.
As reported by Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics, the September 7th edition of AEW Dynamite pulled in an average of 1,035,000 viewers. The show also scored a 0.38 rating in the 18-49-year-old demographic.
That is an increase on the previous week where the show drew 1,020,000 viewers with a 0.35 rating in the key 18-49-year-old demographic.
The September 7th episode of Dynamite saw both the AEW World and World Trios Championships declared vacant following the reported backstage incidents from All Out. Death Triangle are the new Trios champions, while a Grand Slam Tournament of Champions will contest the vacant World Championship.
MJF, who returned at the conclusion of All Out, was also in attendance as he teased heading to WWE in 2024 with the AEW World Championship in tow. ‘The Salt of the Earth’ is still expected to engage in a bidding war in two years with the competition.
An ROH championship also changed hands last night, as hometown Buffalonian Daniel Garcia dethroned Wheeler YUTA. The current PWG World Champion was presented with the championship by YUTA’s Blackpool Combat Club partner Bryan Danielson.
