AEW Dynamite Ratings – September 28th 2022

The total viewership and demo ratings for the latest instalment of AEW Dynamite have been revealed.

As reported by Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics, the September 7th edition of AEW Dynamite pulled in an average of 990,000 viewers. The show also scored a 0.34 rating in the 18-49-year-old demographic.

That is an increase on the previous week where the show drew 1,039,000 viewers with a 0.35 rating in the key 18-49-year-old demographic.

The September 28th episode of Dynamite saw the next step in the trajectory of The Jericho Appreciation Society. Chris Jericho felled the debuting Bandido and declared to take down every great former ROH World Champion before him but first, he’ll be on opposing sides of the ring from supposed teammate Daniel Garcia next Wednesday.

We also held from Saraya for the first time since she joined AEW, where ‘The Anti-Diva’ took shots at WWE and ex-Chairman Vince McMahon. Though her official role wasn’t defined, as Tony Khan had promised beforehand, the former Paige did somehow have the power to make Toni Storm vs. Serena Deeb a Lumberjack match.

Wheeler YUTA took umbrage with MJF as they’re set for a collision course, while his Blackpool Combat Club partner Jon Moxley saw off a challenge from Juice Robinson. Moxley is now gearing up for an AEW World Championship defence vs. ‘Hangman’ Adam Page.
