AEW Dynamite Ratings – June 1st
The total viewership and demo ratings for the latest instalment of AEW Dynamite have been revealed.
As reported by Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics, the June 1st episode of AEW Dynamite drew an average of 969,000 viewers. This included 522,000 in the 18-49 year-old demographic. That works out at a 0.40 rating.
By contrast the previous week, the show pulled in 929,000 viewers with a 0.35 rating in the key demographic.
The June 1st episode of AEW Dynamite will forever be remembered for MJF’s Pipe Bomb. With nothing but a live mic in hand the former leader of The Pinnacle took aim at AEW and everyone in it. MJF called out fans and his fellow wrestlers, before branding Tony Khan a “f*cking mark” and begging to get fired.
Elsewhere, Hiroshi Tanahashi answered an open challenge for a showdown at Forbidden Door, while Miro returned to action and demolished Johnny Elite.
In the main event, Jon Moxley, naturally covered in his own blood, overcame Daniel Garcia in a brutally hard-hitting affair.
