AEW Dynamite Ratings – June 15th
The total viewership and demo ratings for the latest instalment of AEW Dynamite have been revealed.
As reported by Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics, the June 15th edition of AEW Dynamite pulled in an average of 761,000 viewers. The show also scored a 0.28 rating in the 18-49-year-old demographic.
That is a decrease on the previous week where the show drew 939,000 viewers with a 0.34 rating in the key 18-49-year-old demographic.
The June 15th episode of Dynamite saw an emphatic Ladder Match headliner as The Young Bucks became the first two-time AEW World Tag Team Champions, dethroning The Jurassic Express to regain the titles. This was followed by Christian Cage’s drawn-out heel turn on Jungle Boy finally being executed.
The build to Forbidden Door also continued. Orange Cassidy returned from injury to set up a bout with Will Ospreay, while a trios match was scheduled between The Jericho Appreciation Society – including new members Sammy Guevara and El Desperado – contesting Eddie Kingston, Wheeler YUTA, and Shota Umino.
Finally, Wardlow would come out victorious in his 20-on-1 handicap contest against the plaintiffs, continuing his excellent babyface booking by mauling the twenty unsuspecting enhancement talents.
