The total viewership and demo ratings for the latest instalment of AEW Dynamite have been revealed.
As reported by Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics, the July 13th edition of AEW Dynamite pulled in an average of 942,000 viewers. The show also scored a 0.42 rating in the 18-49-year-old demographic.
That is a decrease on the previous week where the show drew 942,000 viewers with a 0.42 rating in the key 18-49-year-old demographic.
The July 13th episode of Dynamite saw a mammoth headline attraction over the AEW World Tag Team Championships, with The Young Bucks defending against both Swerve In Our Glory, and Ricky Starks and Powerhouse Hobbs of Team Taz. Ultimately, new champions were crowned in a hectic three-team affair as Keith Lee and Swerve Strickland departed as the champions.
Jon Moxley, the interim AEW World Champion, was also in action, defeating Konosuke Takeshita in an interim AEW World Championship Eliminator match. The match has received immense praise on social media, particularly in favour of the former five-time KO-D Openweight Champion in what was his biggest AEW match to date.
Former tag team partners collided as Claudio Castagnoli defeated his ex-Real Americans partner, Jake Hager. Finally, Serena Deeb was victorious over Anna Jay, just over a week before she challenges Mercedes Martinez for the ROH Women’s World Championship.
