A number of changes have taken place ahead of the September 7th edition of AEW Dynamite as AEW take action following the post-All Out brawl.
On September 7th AEW rolls into Buffalo, New York for Dynamite, hot off the heels of AEW’s recent pay-per-view spectacular All Out.
However, events following the show which saw CM Punk crowned World Champion for a second time have completely overshadowed the action in the ring.
After CM Punk launched into a tirade against the Young Bucks, Hangman Adam Page, Kenny Omega and others at the post-show media scrum a brawl erupted backstage. The fracas saw chairs thrown, Omega get bitten and complete chaos take over.
Naturally, these events have had a huge impact on AEW’s upcoming television schedule. Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter has reported that Chris Jericho and Jon Moxley are both now set to appear on Dynamite. This was not originally the case.
Furthermore, suspensions have been handed down as a result of the incident on September 4th, although it is unclear as to who is involved.
Pat Buck and Ace Steel will not be at the taping, but it’s unconfirmed if they have been suspended. Meltzer had earlier reported that those involved in the brawl following All Out would not be appearing on Dynamite.
This information comes as it was reported that CM Punk has “unreal” heat heading into the show as a result of his conduct in the hours after All Out.
