AEW Dynamite 300 Viewership: Was Kenny Omega’s Huge Reunion Able To Save The Show?

AEW Dynamite 300

AEW Dynamite 300 viewership stats are now out.

Throughout last year, All Elite Wrestling experienced a major dip in its overall viewership. However, its new WBD deal and streaming opportunity appeared as a savior. Steadily, as the promotion started improving its show quality and storylines, the viewership also witnessed an upward trend.

However, the extremely hyped Dynamite 300 episode again witnessed a dip in numbers. Despite a star-studded show including the highly praised Will Ospreay-Swerve Strickland Tag Team Match and Kenny Omega’s ‘Golden Lovers’ reunion with Kota Ibushi, the Wednesday-night show suffered a 4.7% drop.

As per Programming Insider, the July 2 episode drew 584,000 viewers, which was 4.7% less than the 613,000 viewers the show attracted on June 25. However, in the P18–49 demo, this week’s Dynamite 300 earned a 0.16 rating, going up from its last week’s rating of 0.15.

Running a little over two hours, the episode concluded with the main-event segment of Omega’s ‘Golden Lovers’ reunion with his NJPW partner, Kota Ibushi, as they faced off against Kazuchika Okada and Don Callis Family.

AEW Original Confirms All In 2025 Return

Recovered from his colon cancer surgery, All Elite Wrestling original Jim Ross recently confirmed his presence at the upcoming All In 2025 PPV in Arlington, Texas.

“Oh, absolutely, absolutely. I just got the dates, you know, screwed up. That’s my fault… But nonetheless, yeah, I’ll be there. I want to come in, and I want to fly in on Thursday and do our business on Friday, and then I’ll be at the pay-per-view on Saturday.”
