What happened on AEW Dynamite 200?

After months of waiting following the initial announcement of the event, the first match for the All In event at Wembley Stadium in London was announced. World Champion MJF fulfilled his promise to best friend Adam Cole, and gave Cole one more opportunity at the title.

In what was a surprise to many, ECW legend Rob Van Dam made his first-ever appearance in All Elite Wrestling. Following Jack Perry calling out Jerry Lynn for a fight, Lynn admitted that he is not cleared to compete due to the multiple injuries and surgeries sustained over the years. However, Lynn did make a phone call and found someone who did wrestle in ECW and is still wrestling today, which was revealed to be RVD.

Also on AEW Dynamite, Elite members Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks were in action for the first time since announcing that they had re-signed with the company.

In the main event of the show, AEW Women’s Champion Toni Storm put the title on the line against Hikaru Shida. Despite multiple interferences from The Outcasts and Storm utilising the spray paint, Shida was able to win the match and become the second two-time Women’s Champion in the history of the company.
