AEW has revealed when the tenth Battle Of The Belts special will take place.
Battle Of The Belts has aired quarterly on TNT since January 2022 and each event features three title matches. The first show saw Sammy Guevara capture the Interim TNT Title when he defeated Dustin Rhodes. Other notable bouts in the BotB series include Claudio Castagnoli defending the ROH Title against Konosuke Takeshita, The Acclaimed putting the Tag Team Titles on the line against Jeff Jarrett and Jay Lethal in a No Holds Barred match.
The latest edition of the special took place on January 13th and saw Ricky Starks & Big Bill retain the Tag Team Championship in a Street Fight against Chris Jericho and Sammy Guevara, while Julia Hart kept hold of the TBS Title when she forced Anna Jay to submit. The main event featured Orange Cassidy overcoming Preston Vance to keep hold of the International Championship.
AEW Announces Battle Of The Belts X For April 2024
On the March 9th edition of Collision, it was announced that Battle Of The Belts X will take place on April 13th, 2024 at the Truist Arena in Highland, Kentucky. As has become traditional, the Saturday night show will follow directly on from that night’s Collision, meaning that AEW will air for three straight hours.

While no bouts have been announced for Battle Of The Belts so far, we know that one week later on April 21st, Will Ospreay will take on Bryan Danielson at AEW Dynasty.
