AEW action figures will drop in monthly waves starting Fall 2021, as confirmed by Jeremy Padawer of Jazwares (AEW’s partner for the figures). After a successful first year airing on TNT, AEW is now set to greatly expand their action figure production. Padawer has stated that expanding the waves is done “so that we can deep dive into the roster.”
However, Jazwares will be expanding their supply and distribution in order to keep up with the increased production. In addition, Padawer expressed his appreciation for fans’ patience during the difficult launch of the line during the COVID-19 pandemic.
(1 of 2) Addressing a few things AEW…
A) Expanding waves so that we can dive deep into the roster. The goal is to drop a wave approximately every month starting next Fall planogram set.
B) Expanding supply and distribution in spring.
2021 will be awesome.

AEW Unrivaled series one featured Kenny Omega, Cody, The Young Bucks, Brandi Rhodes and Chris Jericho. The first ever wave of AEW action figures was sold in Walmart upon its release in August and was clearly popular, selling out across various stores. Each figures boasts 25 points of articulation and was created using 3D scanned likenesses of the wrestlers.
It’s WILD – my local store only has one Kenny and one Cody figure left.
I’m glad people are getting their hands on these. It’s a great line! https://t.co/NAkjnimY6b

AEW Unrivaled series two is on the way and currently has six wrestlers announced. These are Jon Moxley, ‘Hangman’ Adam Page, MJF, Rey Fenix, Penta El Zero M and Dustin Rhodes. Moxley and MJF will receive limited edition figures in addition to their standard series two figures. These are limited to runs of 500 and 1000 respectively.
Though fans have been frustrated with the difficulty in finding the figures in stores, their popularity ensures many figures to come. Padawer made this clear by revealing that “Retail is VERY happy with the performance”. Fans of the figures will no doubt be delighted to hear “that means we all are set for a very long and COMPLETE run.” With such a diverse roster it seems likely that fans can expect many of their favourite wrestlers to receive AEW action figures in 2021.
