A&E Network and WWE have announced an eight-part Biography series featuring WWE legends premiering on Sunday, April 18th.
Making the announcement on Twitter, the A&E Network announced the specials as well as the WWE legends to be featured in the series.
The show will kick off with an episode dedicated to WWE Hall of Famer Stone Cold Steve Austin. Other Superstars to be featured in the series include Bret ‘Hitman’ Hart, Booker T, Macho Man Randy Savage and The Ultimate Warrior.

The announcement also stated a new series fronted by Triple H and Stephanie McMahon will also air on April 18th. WWE Most Wanted Treasures will see McMahon and Triple H look for lost WWE memorabilia with the help of WWE personalities such as The Undertaker and Ric Flair. Items the couple will be looking for are as varied as Andre The Giant’s passport and Kane’s original mask.
Elaine Frontain Bryant, A&E Network’s Head of Programming issued a press release regarding the Biography series:
“For more than two decades, ‘Biography’ has been the home for premium non-fiction storytelling. We are excited to expand upon that with this all-encompassing partnership with WWE. This one-of-a-kind collaboration gives viewers the ultimate ringside seat. As we chronicle the journeys of these cultural icons and the memorabilia that follows.”
The other WWE legends rounding out the series are Mick Foley, ‘Rowdy’ Roddy Piper, and Shawn Michaels.
