Adam Page has announced that he will be absent from the upcoming episode of AEW Dynamite after testing positive for COVID-19.
Reigning AEW World Champion Hangman Adam Page will be missing from the April 27th edition of AEW Dynamite. The champion broke the news ahead of the show as only he knows how.
Posting on social media Page said that he hopes everyone still enjoys the show, even though he won’t be there due to “covid snot.”

Adam Page was most recently in action on the April 15th episode of Rampage where retained his title in a brutal Texas Deathmatch against Adam Cole.
In search of a new challenger, Page confronted CM Punk on the following Dynamite after the former WWE star had defeated Dustin Rhodes. In recent weeks Punk has been open about his desire to become World Champion.
The April 27th episode of Dynamite is scheduled to take place at the Liacouras Center in Philadelphia. On the show, Sammy Guevara will defend his TNT Championship against Scorpio Sky in a Ladder Match, while Wardlow, the Young Bucks and Adam Cole will also be in action.
Meanwhile, FTR will be competing against each other in the latest qualifying match in the Owen Hart Foundation Tournament. It has since being revealed that the AAA and Ring of Honor Tag Team Champions asked Tony Khan for the chance to wrestle each other.
