Adam Copeland has issued a huge challenge for AEW Double or Nothing.
Over the past few weeks, Adam Copeland has been embroiled in a feud with the House of Black. The rivalry has seen the Rated-R Superstar successfully defend his TNT Championship in matches against Buddy Matthews and Brody King. However, he is yet to have a singles match against the leader of the House, Malakai Black himself.
Black has a win over Copeland stemming from a Six-Man Tag Match at Dynasty that saw House of Black defeat him, Eddie Kingston, and Mark Briscoe with Black pinning the TNT Champion. Now, Copeland wants to erase that loss.
On the May 11th edition of Collision, Copeland once against retained the TNT Title, this time in a bout against Kyle O’Reilly, who had helped the star fend off the House of Black on the previous episode of Dynamite.
Immediately after the show on Rampage, Copeland appeared behind a barbed-wired wrapped steel fence and issued a challenge to Malakai Black to face him inside a barbed wire steel cage.
“I just survived a war with Kyle O’Reilly, but I have more ideas. Malakai Black! I’ve already taken out Buddy Matthews, I’ve already take out Brody King, so now, now it’s your turn.
“You want evil? You want my darkest side? It’s starting to come out now Malakai and I don’t think you want it, but I think I do. So I have a challenge for you. At Double or Nothing, Las Vegas, Malakai Black vs. Cope, The Rated-R Superstar in a Barbed Wire Steel Cage Match for the TNT Championship.
“If you’re man enough, I want to see you in Everett, this Wednesday on Dynamite to accept my challenge.”

Adam Copeland Reveals Reasons For Choosing WWE Over AEW For Comeback
Adam Copeland has explained why he chose WWE for his return from retirement instead of AEW. While he is All Elite now, Copeland spent several years in WWE after coming back from a neck injury that was though to have ended his career permanently.
While he says he was really close to signing with AEW for the return in 2019, he ultimately chose WWE after a conversation with Vince McMahon.
