Adam Cole To Make AEW In-Ring Debut On Dynamite

Adam Cole will make his AEW in-ring debut on the September 15th edition of Dynamite.

On the most recent episode of AEW’s flagship show, Adam Cole arrived in the ring to celebrate re-joining The Elite.

Cole began by kicking Tony Schiavone out of the ring, after warning him over his friendship with his girlfriend Britt Baker. The former NXT Superstar then called AEW the greatest professional wrestling company in the world – thanks to The Elite.

The former NXT Champion went on to call himself a “once in a generation wrestler,” adding that The Elite is now complete. Before handing the mic to Kenny Omega, Cole revealed that he will make his in-ring debut next week. It was announced later on that Cole will be squaring off against Frankie Kazarian.

Interestingly, Christian Cage also made his AEW debut against Kazarian back in March.

After Cole’s announcement he handed over to AEW World Champion Kenny Omega. The champion said he hated to be interrupted, as he was promptly interrupted by Bryan Danielson.

Danielson asked the crowd if they wanted to see him fight Omega to a deafening roar, before saying that despite his claims to the contrary, Kenny Omega is afraid to face him. Adding that he isn’t on his level.

This brought about a brawl which saw Danielson force Omega to tap out to the Labelle Lock. As The Elite jumped Danielson, Christian Cage, Frankie Kazarian, and Jurassic Express came out to run them off. With Brandon Cutler left high and dry in the ring, Danielson laid him out with a running knee.
