Former NXT Champion Adam Cole has informed the wrestling world that he will reveal the reason for his recent actions when he’s ready.
At NXT TakeOver: Vengeance Day on February 14, Adam Cole shocked the world at the conclusion of the NXT Championship bout between Finn Balor and Pete Dunne.
Racing to the ring along with Kyle O’Reilly and Roderick Strong to stop a three-on-one mauling of the defending champion, Adam Cole stood proud with his friends and Balor before dropping the Irishman with a wicked superkick. When confronted by Kyle O’Reilly, the leader turned on his chum with a second kick to the jaw and left both men laying in the middle of the ring.
With The Undisputed ERA fractured, Roderick Strong unsure where his loyalties lay and Bobby Fish currently missing from NXT television thanks to a knee injury, the group’s former leader has been urged to step forth and explain his actions which he met with nothing but revulsion.
Now, Adam Cole has taken to social media to address why he hasn’t provided an explanation as of writing whilst citing that he owes nobody anything. Instead of words, the master of The Last Shot simply provided pictures of him destroying both Balor and O’Reilly.
“I’ll talk when I wanna talk, but I don’t have to explain sh$t to anybody. I’ll let these speak for me until then. #AdamColeBayBay.”

On the February 17 edition of NXT, Adam Cole struck again during the 6-Man Tag Team Match main event which saw The Kings of NXT defeat Finn Balor, Kyle O’Reilly and Roderick Strong. Towards the bout’s conclusion, Cole struck again and nailed O’Reilly with a brainbuster on the steel steps which caused the talent to be wheeled away on a stretcher.
After Pete Dunne had gained the pinfall victory over the champion and presumably secured himself a second crack at the coveted gold, Adam Cole staked his claim on the prize when he stood over the fallen body of the champion and hoisted his prize into the air.
