Is this absent WWE star finally returning to in-ring action?
Former tag-team Champion Omos could be on his way toward Japan. Absent from in-ring action since the 2024 Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal, fans believe the former champion could arrive at Pro-Wrestling NOAH’s 1st January event.
Omos’s appearance was recently teased for their January 1 show in a tag match. The promotion is currently suggesting a mystery partner, Jack Morris, in the GHC Heavyweight Tag Team Championship match against Naomichi Marufuji & Takashi Sugiura at NOAH The New Year 2025.
Adding more to the fan’s doubts, he was recently added to NOAH’s internal roster before being deleted. The Japanese wrestling promotion has teased the former champion’s arrival on social media as the biggest X candidate in history.
The Stamford-based promotion has a working relationship with NOAH, and will witness Shinsuke Nakamura in a match against Ulka Sasaki at the same event. NXT stars Josh Briggs and Tavion Heights have also competed in NOAH.
Omos is vividly remembered for his previous tag-team run with AJ Styles, his partnership with MVP, and his WrestleMania 39 match against Brock Lesnar.
