The wrestling world will very soon gather at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California for WWE’s biggest show of the year, WrestleMania 39.
One WWE Superstar who has been absent from the company for months will also be making the trip to Hollywood.
Speaking to Cinemablend, Alexa Bliss confirmed she will be in Los Angles for WrestleMania 39, but kept us guessing about her exact involvement in the supershow.
“I will be in L.A. for WrestleMania. I will be at the arena. Who knows what that leads to? Because, you know, in WWE, you never know what’s going to happen. It’s the company where you always expect the unexpected. We’ll have to see.”
The last time Bliss was involved at a WrestleMania was at 37 when she was a part of the Fiend vs. Randy Orton match. During the bout, Bliss emerged from a giant Jack-in-a-Box wearing a thorny crown and with black ooze dripping down her face.
Alex Bliss Has Not Been Seen On WWE Television Since Royal Rumble
At the Royal Rumble Bliss unsuccessfully challenged Bianca Belair for the Raw Women’s Championship. In the lead-up to the match, it seemed as if she was once again being controlled by Bray Wyatt’s mysterious forces.
However, following the debacle that was the Mountain Dew Pitch Black Match, much of Wyatt’s supernatural shenanigans have been suspended and Bliss is nowhere to be seen.
It was then reported that she was on “another hiatus” but Bliss herself quickly refuted these claims. She then provided a health update revealing she had undergone a dermatological procedure.
In the same interview, Bliss declared she is “all clear” following the procedure stating she won’t be out long.
“Oh it’s short. Like, I got my stitches, I don’t know if you can see my stitches right here. Those come out in a week.”
Bliss recently appeared on the Masked Singer as the Axolotl performing the LeAnn Rimes hit “Can’t Fight The Moonlight”.
