After several years in the business, this former WWE Champion is up for a career switch.
Almost a decade ago, in 2016, Bianca Belair made her WWE debut. Joining as a part of NXT, Belair soon achieved immense success and became a successful main-roster star. With multiple titles to her name, she is also a WrestleMania main-eventer.
However, currently absent from in-ring action with an injury, Belair recently opened up about her readiness to pursue a major career switch. While speaking to Sports Illustrated, Bianca Belair was asked if she would ever fight in the UFC.
The 36-year-old claimed that while she deeply respects UFC, she is currently happy in WWE. Although she could consider UFC only if she trains herself extremely hard. Not ruling out her debut inside the octagon, the EST said,
“I respect that sport so much. You know, I think we’ve seen crossover before with UFC fighters coming over into WWE. We’ve seen Punk before going over to UFC. I think I’m very happy and comfortable being in WWE. If I ever did that, I would train extremely hard. I know it’s not something you can just walk into and think you’re going to be successful. I’ve learned to never say never, but I know my mom would be very scared if I ever did that.”

In the past, several WWE stars have made the jump to UFC/MMA, including Brock Lesnar, Bobby Lashley, CM Punk, and many more. However, not everyone was been able to taste success.
Bianca Belair Breaks Silence On The Upcoming WWE WrestleMania In Saudi Arabia Announcement
Earlier today, present at the WWE WrestleMania 43 in Saudi Arabia press conference, Belair broke her silence on the matter. Talking about the partnership and how far Saudi Arabia has evolved, Belair said,
“It’s amazing to be a part of a lot of great moments, the hospitality, the culture, the crowd are always great. I think Saudi Arabia has become a space specifically for women to make amazing moments and make history that’s not just important for little girls and women to see, but for little boys and men in the whole world to see.
Every time we go to Saudi Arabia, I see it evolve more and more, whether that’s inside the ring with more women on the show or outside the ring with seeing women on billboards and posters. That became even more apparent to me. Last time I went to Saudi Arabia, we had an all-women’s battle royal. When we came out, every single woman that came out, the crowd had a chant for them.”
