21 Years After Infamous Baby-Kicking Spot, WWE Legend Does It Again

WWE legend recreates infamous spot

21 years after the infamous punting of a baby on WWE RAW, a WWE legend has done it again.

2004 was a weird year in WWE with a lot of, let’s say, “innovative” storylines taking place. For starters, Kane was in a relationship with Lita at that point. The Big Red Monster did not particularly take the female legend’s consent during the whole affair, but that wasn’t stopping the Devil’s Favorite Demon anyway. The female wrestling legend was then carrying Kane’s baby but suffered a miscarriage.

In a bizarre angle on a 2004 episode of RAW, the legendary Gene Snitsky punted a baby into the crowd. This stemmed from the previous angle where, in a match against Kane, who was a heel at the time (if you couldn’t tell,) tried to injure Snitsky, before being stopped by a pregnant Lita. In the chaos, Snitsky kicked Kane, who mistakenly fell on Lita and resulting in a miscarriage. The baby punting segment, which was aimed by Snitsky to torment Lita, caught a lot of flak from fans who initially thought it was a real baby, but even then did not approve of babies (even dolls) being used as props in WWE.

21 Years Later, WWE Legend Gene Snitsky Has Done It Again

Appearing during a recent Pro Wrestling Revolver Show, Gene Snitsky did the unthinkable once again and punt-kicked a fake baby into the crowd. This resulted in a lot of cheers from those present.

The star has previously done this as well. Last year, during The Last Match: A Pro Wrestling Rock Experience, the star appeared as a surprise alongside Mickie James and punt-kicked a baby.

WWE legend Gene Snitsky departed WWE in 2008, four years after the infamous spot. He then had a 10-year stint on the independent scene and is still active to this day, albeit sporadically.
