WWE-UFC Merger Complete
The news comes after the merger between WWE and UFC was confirmed on September 12th. The deal saw the creation of TKO Group Holdings, Inc. in what was a landmark day in the history of professional wrestling.
As a result of the merger, WWE is no longer under the control of the McMahon family for the first time since the promotion was formed back in 1953.
