The 10 Scariest Moments In WWE History Revealed

Bray Wyatt returns at WWE Extreme Rules 2022

It’s October 31, which can mean only one thing; it’s the spookiest night of the year, Halloween!

In lieu of the trick or treating, apple bobbing competitions, and Halloween costume contests, WWE has ranked the ten scariest moments in the company’s history. The video encompasses a range of scary Superstars, including Edge, Kane, and Bray Wyatt.

What Is The Scariest WWE Moment In History?

Coming in at number ten is Edge’s bloodbath on Seth ‘Freakin’ Rollins from a SmackDown broadcast in the summer of 2021. Harking back to his days in The Brood, Edge was clearly taught well by Gangrel, drenching ‘The Visionary’.

This was followed by the infamous moment when Papa Shango cursed The Ultimate Warrior, causing the late WWE Hall of Famer to fall out of the ring, clutching at his chest. Alexa Bliss throwing a fireball at Randy Orton came in at number eight, with The Boogeyman dropping worms from the sky into the ring, where JBL was standing, following suit.

Jake ‘The Snake’ Roberts bringing a snake to the wedding reception of Randy Savage and Miss Elizabeth was in at number six. Bray Wyatt made his first appearance on the list at the halfway mark for possessing a child to distract John Cena at the 2014 Extreme Rules pay-per-view. At number four was Kane almost dragging Zack Ryder to hell, with the now-Matt Cardona being saved by John Cena.

The top three consisted of Cameron Grimes being trapped in Dexter Lumis’ haunted house, The Fiend emerging from a swamp during his divisive Wyatt Swamp Fight vs. Braun Strowman at The Horror Show At Extreme Rules in 2020, and The Undertaker trapping Teddy Long in a limo.

Bray Wyatt, who appeared the most throughout the video, recently made his return to WWE and looks set to create some more bone-chilling moments for years to come.

Happy Halloween from everyone at Inside The Ropes!
