The Meet & Greet for this event will run from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM and be split into two sessions.

Meet & Greet Session Times are as follows:

Autograph Session

5:00 PM – 6:15 PM

LAST ENTRY 6:00 PM

Photograph Session

6:15 PM – 7:00 PM

LAST ENTRY 6:45 PM

LATECOMERS WILL NOT BE ADMITTED TO THE VIP MEET & GREET SESSION

It is your responsibility to be aware of the Correct Times, if you arrive late for the Meet & Greet, entry is at the discretion of the promoter. For example, if you arrive later than 6:15 PM and miss the Autograph Session, you may not be able to have your item(s) signed, due to time constraints.

Furthermore, arriving late or missing the Meet & Greet does not constitute a refund.

Extra autographs and printed photo upgrades can only be purchased on the day of the event from the merch stand before the Meet & Greet.

Printed photos are available for collection on the day of the event usually after the Meet & Greet and sometimes at the End of the night.

You are prohibited from ANY video recording or live streaming whatsoever of the event, including the Meet & Greet. We operate a zero-tolerance policy. If you are caught recording or streaming any video, you will be asked to delete your footage; if you refuse, event security will escort you from the venue without a refund, and you will be banned from all future events without any appeal, and may face criminal prosecution.
