Here are our predictions for AEW All Out 2022.
Eddie Kingston vs. Tomohiro Ishii — Zero Hour Pre-Show

The All Out Zero Hour Pre-Show sees the Mad King, Eddie Kingston and the Stone Pitbull, Tomohiro Ishii go one-on-one for the second time in what will undoubtedly be a wince-inducing strike-fest.
Prediction: Stiff elbows and forearm strikes galore and Kingston getting the win.
HOOK (c) vs. Angelo Parker — FTW Championship — Zero Hour Pre-Show

The Cold-Hearted Handsome Devil HOOK defends his FTW Championship against Jericho Appreciation Society’s Cool Hand Angelo Parker.
Prediction: Hook is undefeated in AEW and will remain so in his second successful title defence.
PAC (c) vs. Kip Sabian – AEW All-Atlantic Championship

The All-Atlantic Championship is on the line as PAC defends against the returning Kip Sabian. Sabian made his comeback on a recent edition of Dynamite to attack the leader of the Death Triangle and cost them their match against the United Empire in the AEW Trios Tournament.
Prediction: This is Sabian’s first AEW match since Arcade Anarchy in March 2021 so he will want to be back with a bang. But PAC is a ruthless competitor who cares not for sentiments and will defeat his fellow countryman to retain.
House of Black vs. Sting, Darby Allin, and Miro

Malakai Black and crew have been spraying black mist around like nobody’s business. Both Sting and Miro have fallen victim to the vile and infectious liquid and are out for revenge. But the mist holds strange powers, which changes all who come in contact with it. Could it affect Darby Allin’s partners on the night?
Prediction: The House of Black is an imposing trio but Sting is yet to lose in AEW and Miro has the power of god on his side with these advantages expect to see the Redeemer and the dad and lad trio pick up the win.
Jericho Appreciation Society (Tay Melo and Sammy Guevara) (c) vs. Ruby Soho and Ortiz – AAA World Mixed Tag Team Championship

The still unpopular Tay Melo and Sammy Guevara defend the AAA World Mixed Tag Team Championship against Ruby and Ortiz.
As members of warring factions, they have clashed several times in the past and both have a win over the other. Most recently Soho and Ortiz picked up the victory when the two teams met on Rampage, which could give them the advantage heading into the PPV.
Prediction: Since winning the titles Melo and Guevara have defended them once on AEW television and will do so once again on PPV.
Jungle Boy vs. Christian Cage

This deep-rooted rivalry began with Christian turning on Jurassic Express and taking out Jungle Boy with a Con-Chair-To after the duo dropped the Tag Team Championships at Road Rager.
Cage went on to cut scathing and insulting promo before taking Luchasaurus under his wing. The move backfired when the big man stepped aside to allow a returning Jungle Boy to get his revenge. Cage has escaped recompense thus far, but will have to face the music in Chicago.
Prediction: This one is simple, Jungle Boy finally gets his hands on Cage and raised in victory.
Wardlow and FTR vs. Jay Lethal and Motor City Machine Guns

Multi-promotional tag team champions FTR and AEW TNT Champion Wardlow accepted a challenge for a trios match at All Out against Jay Lethal, Satnam Singh, and Sonjay Dutt. However, the teams were changed when Dutt announced that Motor City Machine Guns were making their AEW debuts.
Prediction: FTR and Wardlow are both on tremendous runs and will continue to do so against the ROH/IMPACT trio.
Jade Cargill (c) vs. Athena – TBS Championship

Ever since her debut Athena has targeted Jade Cargill and the TBS Championship. After weeks of back-and-forth promos and sneak attacks, the champ finally called Athena out for a match at the PPV. Cargill’s undefeated record is now sitting at 36-0, will Athena be able to break the streak and win her first piece of AEW gold at All Out?
Prediction: Despite remaining undefeated for such a long time Athena is Cargill’s first real challenger and will shock the champion by capturing the TBS Championship.
Chris Jericho vs. Bryan Danielson

The two legends got into it an argument over who is the best wrestler after vying for the affections of Daniel Garcia resulting in the match at the PPV.
As the leaders of two warring factions, Jericho and Danielson have been rivals for months. During the Double or Nothing PPV, the two teams clashed in a wild and chaotic brawl, which saw the head of the Jericho Appreciation Society choke the American Dragon unconscious.
Since his return, Danielson has beaten two members of Jericho’s crew, Garcia and Jake Hager, and levelled the man himself with a Busaiku Knee. It is the first time the two have met in singles action since 2013 and their first one-on-one match in AEW.
Prediction: Jericho has impressed in his performances as he returns to his Lionheart persona and Danielson is always consistently brilliant. Expect a cracking bout with some JAS and BCC interference resulting in the win for the American Dragon.
Claudio Castagnoli vs. Dante Martin vs. Penta Oscuro vs. Rey Fenix vs. Andrade El Idolo vs. Rush vs. Wheeler Yuta vs. The Joker (TBA) — Casino Ladder MatchCasino Ladder Match

The third-ever Casino Ladder Match takes place on the fourth edition of All Out and looks to be as chaotic as ever. All of the competitors bring something different to the match and the surprise final entrant always adds excitement and unpredictability to the outing. Expect to see a thrilling affair teeming with mind-blowing spots and sequences.
Prediction: Difficult to pick due to the Joker entrant, which is heavily rumoured to be MJF. If it is indeed him, then victory is his, but if not it would be great to see Claudio grab the giant casino chip and receive a shot at the AEW World Championship.
Toni Storm vs. Britt Baker vs. Jamie Hayter vs. Hikaru Shida – AEW Interim Women’s World Championship
Originally set to be Thunder Rosa vs Toni Storm II the match was changed to a Fatal Four Way Match for the Interim AEW Women’s Championship after Rosa announced she was unable to defend her title at the PPV.
The alteration adds some intrigue and unpredictability to the show as any woman could potentially capture the interim title. Baker and Hayter will have the numbers advantage and undoubtedly use it against Storm and Shida.
After the announcement, the quartet met in a great tag team match that saw Storm and Shida pick up the win and head into the PPV with some momentum.
Prediction: Toni Storm was slated to defeat Thunder Rosa for the championship and it remains a solid decision to place the title on her.
Swerve In Our Glory (c) vs The Acclaimed – AEW Tag Team Champions

Shane Strickland and Keith Lee will defend their tag team titles against the Acclaimed after the champs kind of helped the rappers from an Ass Boys beatdown. And that’s it. That’s the build.
Prediction: This match deserved a much bigger build as it is the first time the two teams have faced each other. Despite the lack of build the match features a great array of talent. As much as it would be great to see the Acclaimed with the titles it is too early to take them off Swerve and Lee. The champs retain.
The Elite (The Young Bucks and Kenny Omega) vs. The Dark Order (John Silver, Alex Reynolds and Adam Hangman Page)

Kenny Omega made his highly-anticipated return to AEW to be part of the tournament. He joined his longtime running buddies the Young Bucks to defeat Los Ingobernobles in the first round and then the United Empire in the semis.
The Dark Order’s Alex Reynolds, John Silver, and Preston Vance advanced to the semis with a win over the House of Black. However, Vance suffered an injury and was replaced by none other than Adam Hangman Page.
The addition of Hangman adds an intriguing aspect to the proceedings. As a former member of the Elite, he left/was ousted by the group before entering a year-long storyline with Omega, which resulted in Page overthrowing him as AEW World Champion.
Furthermore, before the return of the Best Bout Machine, the Young Bucks asked if Hangman would be their partner in the trios tournament, an offer that he declined. All of this history between the former stablemates is going to play out in a very interesting fashion.
Prediction: Tony Khan went on record to say he didn’t want to go ahead with the tournament unless Kenny Omega was ready, which has foreshadowed the result somewhat but the Elite is the promotion’s best trio and will prove it by becoming the first-ever AEW Trios Champions at All Out.
Jon Moxley (c) vs. CM Punk – AEW World Championship

One of the most shocking moments in AEW history was the 3-minute decimation of CM Punk at the hands of Jon Moxley.
Punk returned to AEW the following week a beaten and broken man. But the charged words of his trainer Ace Steel led to a supercharged promo from the hometown hero. A fired-up Punk marched through the crowd igniting their collective Chicago pride while signing Moxley’s open challenge contract, for a title match at All Out.
This title bout is quickly becoming an intense and deep-rooted grudge match. Two highly-charged wrestlers who both believe they are the best to do it. Moxley wants to decimate Punk once again while Punk needs to prove that he is what he says he is, the best in the world.
Prediction: Moxley is on the run of his career. He is destroying all who stand in his ring all over the world. The brutality and violence promised by the champ are sure to take place, but Chicago is CM Punk country. The hometown advantage is a huge factor and will be the catalyst for Punk’s emotional victory.
