AEW is set to for a multi-week residency at Philadelphia’s legendary 2300 Arena, formerly known as the ECW Arena.
Announced on May 2, the company confirmed that the venue will host three episodes of Dynamite and three episodes of Collision, beginning Wednesday, August 27 and concluding Thursday, September 11. The residency will also feature Ring of Honor‘s Death Before Dishonor on Friday, September 5.
“This residency has been years in the making, highlighted by an overwhelming demand from both fans and media alike for this legendary venue to host AEW events.”
Said the company’s President, Tony Khan.
“I look forward to returning to the 2300 Arena for the first time since I was 13 years old and bring our passionate fans in Philadelphia an incredible few weeks of AEW shows this summer.”
This marks AEW’s first residency at the 2300 Arena and follows their summer 2024 residency at the eSports Arena in Arlington, Texas, which hosted multiple episodes of Collision.
The full schedule at the 2300 Arena is as follows:
- Wednesday, August 27 – Dynamite
- Saturday, August 30 – Collision
- Wednesday, September 3 – Dynamite
- Friday, September 5 – ROH Death Before Dishonor
- Saturday, September 6 – Collision
- Wednesday, September 10 – Dynamite
- Thursday, September 11 – Special Taping of Collision
